Refund Policy

1. Digital Products Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been delivered and/or downloaded. Digital products cannot be "returned" as they are instantly accessible upon purchase. We take this policy seriously to protect both our creators and our customers.

2. Eligibility for Refund

We may issue a refund in the following circumstances: • The product file is corrupted or cannot be opened/used • The product is significantly different from its description • You were charged multiple times for the same product (duplicate purchase) • Technical issues on our end prevented product delivery Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for: • Change of mind after purchase • Failure to read the product description before purchasing • Inability to use the product due to lack of required software or skills • Products that have been downloaded and used • Membership subscriptions after the billing period has started (you may cancel future renewals)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please: 1. Email us at [email protected] with "Refund Request" in the subject line 2. Include your order number and the email used for purchase 3. Describe the issue you are experiencing in detail 4. Attach screenshots if applicable We will review your request within 3-5 business days and respond with our decision.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

6. Membership Cancellations

VIP memberships can be cancelled at any time through your Fourthwall account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to membership benefits until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial membership periods.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for digital products. If you purchased the wrong product, please contact us and we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution on a case-by-case basis.
